I was a tenant in an apartment managed by this agency for a bit over 3 years. I found them always pleasant and responsive, and when items were faulty they were quick to get back to me and arrange a quality replacement (the fridge, heater, and hot water unit all needed replacement during my tenancy). When it came to end of lease, the agent was reasonable w.r.t. the bond return. Would recommend. (my agents were Dean and then later Ann - cheers!)
